Overview
The ideal candidate will lead and execute sales strategy across all sales channels within the country. This role requires a strategic mindset, a dynamic personality, and strong leadership skills. You will oversee a team of sales professionals, identify new business opportunities, and develop customer relationships with a passion for delivering results and achieving success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for achieving company objectives;
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets with a continuous passion for delivering results;
- Lead, motivate, coach sales team to maximize their performance;
- Establish strong and productive relationships with key customers, and internal & external stakeholders;
- Analyze market trends and competitive scope to identify opportunities for growth;
- Proactively adapt sales strategy and tactics according to market and industry developments;
- Develop actionable insights from available market information;
- Continuously assess and improve sales operations in terms of efficiency and outcome;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with functions such as Marketing, Logistics, and Finance, serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related initiatives;
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the sales team as well as a result-oriented environment for achieving individual and collective success.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 7+ years of work experience in the food & beverage production industry;
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the FMCG industry;
- Experience across all sales channels (modern trade, traditional trade, HORECA, wholesales, etc.);
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Result-oriented mindset with a passion to achieve and exceed targets;
- Analytical & problem-solving skills;
- Strategical thinking abilities and multi-tasking skills;
- Strong team leadership skills.
