Responsibilities:
- Develop onboarding and employee training and development processes;
- Evaluate individual and organizational Training & Development needs assessment;
- Create and manage efficient learning strategies and programs;
- Help managers develop their team members through career paths;
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities;
- Evaluate the efficiency of development plans and maximize learning opportunities for employees;
- Create and deliver presentations required for employee training and development;
- Track budget and negotiate contracts;
- Analyze data and provide reports on the status of training completions, effectiveness, and other operational metrics;
- To fulfil tasks and requirements of management in a timely and appropriate manner.
Qualification and experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Humanities or related fields;
- Proven experience of a minimum of 3-4 years as an L&D Lead, preferably in FMCG and retail industries;
- Strong command of English and Russian, with Azerbaijani native.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
- Certifications in human resource management or training and development are desirable.

- Strong communication skills, fluent and clear speech delivery and presentation skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively and to work individually and in a team;
- Analytical thinking ability and creativity;
- General knowledge of corporate governance and internal control processes;
- HSE awareness and compliance with rules of internal discipline, fire safety and ability to use safety equipment, should need to be.
