Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement annual plans related to the brand, and monitor the implementation of the plan;
- Control product budget splits by setting regular checkpoints for spending versus budget;
- Determine the market position of the product, monitor and make necessary adjustments;
- Conduct market analysis; identify target consumer segments of the market for product supply;
- Work on the action plan developed for the launch of new products and brands;
- Responsible for all ongoing ATL & BTL events;
- Work with cross-functional teams with the implementation of local marketing strategies;
- Develop a pricing policy for the product, determine the terms of sale of goods;
- Carrying out duties of his/her supervisor, when required, directly related to the activities of the department in which he/she works;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports;
- Develop merchandising strategies and plan execution of planogram;
- Plan and order new POSMs, displays and innovations; and ensure efficient usage of these materials by the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry for a minimum of 3 years
- BSc/MA in marketing, communication or business management
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be result-oriented, detail-oriented
- Have strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian; Azerbaijani – native
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Be aware of finance, logistics, and production processes, and have strong numerical skills
- Strong knowledge of office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
