Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain expert to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FMCG industry dynamics, exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness in supply chain processes. This role is instrumental in ensuring that our products are delivered to customers on time, at the right quality and in a cost-effective manner.


Champion of the Transformation process
Lead the transformation of the Supply Chain function of the Company by working closely with cross-functions, designing, testing and rolling out new processes.
Automation of Supply Chain processes
Work with the consultants and the team to implement the Warehouse Management System and the Transportation Management System.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s goals, including inventory management, demand forecasting, procurement, and logistics.
Vendor Management
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the availability of quality materials at optimal costs.
Inventory Management
Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring the right balance between demand and supply, minimizing excess inventory, and preventing stockouts.
Demand Forecasting
Develop and implement demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand and adjust procurement and production accordingly.
Logistics and Distribution
Optimize distribution networks and transportation strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
Cost Control
Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor key performance indicators to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall supply chain performance.
Team Leadership
Mentor a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team’s success.
·         Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
·         Proven experience (10+ years) in supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
·         Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
·         Proficiency in supply chain software and systems, such as WMS and TMS tools.
·         Results-oriented and capable of driving process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
·         Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
·         Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to make informed decisions.
·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
·         Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
·         Adept at handling complex and high-pressure situations.
