Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive brand execution, enhance the visibility of the product portfolio, improve sales performance across all sales channels, lead the Trade Marketing team and retail-related initiatives, and ensure effective collaboration between Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans for achieving company objectives;
- Translate marketing and brand strategies into action plans across all channels;
- Create and manage promotional programs that engage and motivate trade customers;
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insight and translate them into growth plans;
- Lead and inspired the Trade Marketing team of the organization;
- Oversee the management of the trade marketing budget and allocate resources with a focus on ROI;
- Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure effective information flow;
- Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders for achieving mutual business objectives with collaboration – including retailers and business partners;
- Perform regular tracking and analysis of trade marketing initiatives, and develop action plans for continuous improvement;
- Drive forecast planning at channel /customer / SKU level.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 5+ years of work experience in food and beverage production with at least 2 years as Trade Marketing Manager or above level;
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills;
- Strategical thinking abilities;
- Result-oriented mindset;
- Efficient team management skills.
