Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring proper registration and process accuracy in regional warehouses, delivery operations, and TMS system records.
- Monitoring the receiving, storing, loading, and handover processes of products in regional warehouses.
- Immediately informing management about any delays, losses, or damages occurring during delivery operations.
- Complying with internal regulations and discipline rules.
- Performing other duties assigned by management within the scope of authority.
- Recording all relevant data after receiving and handover operations, and confirming the transactions with a stamp when required.
- Using the WMS system during operational processes.
- Executing and tracking regional logistics operations through the TMS (Transport Management System).
- Replacing main warehouse personnel in regional warehouses when necessary.
Candidate Requirements:
- Only male candidates (operational field requirement).
- Education: Higher education.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with TMS.
- Language Skills: Azerbaijani (native).
Additional İnformation:
- Personal vehicle is mandatory; fuel expenses will be covered by the company.
- Work location: Ganja city.
