Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an ERP strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead the development, integration, and optimization of ERP systems (1C ERP, Micro ERP).
- Plan, execute, and deliver ERP projects on time and within scope.
- Analyze business processes and propose automation solutions based on ERP tools.
- Manage and develop the ERP team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure ERP system security, data integrity, and business continuity.
- Manage relationships with ERP solution providers and service vendors.
- Research and implement new technologies to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the ERP budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in ERP systems, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience with ERP implementation and management (especially 1C ERP and Micro ERP).
- Strong knowledge of project management and business process optimization.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of ERP architecture and system integration.
- Technical skills in SQL, database management, and interface configuration.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
