Key Responsibilities:
Managing databases and developing analytical queries using SQL
Leading the creation of interactive dashboards in Power BI for data visualization and management
Monitoring the implementation of analytical models and calculation methods, evaluating performance, and optimizing processes
Coordinating the preparation of analytical reports for business units and senior management, supporting decision-making based on analytical insights
Planning the activities of the data analytics team, distributing tasks, and ensuring timely execution of assigned duties
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Higher education (preferably in technical fields)
Work experience: Minimum 5 years
Languages: Fluent Azerbaijani, good command of English
Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Power BI, Excel and SQL; Python is an advantage
Additional Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in team management and project coordination
